The ProtonMail Plus plan is for single users, whether you’re looking for a new personal email account or you’re a business owner with basic email needs. ProtonMail for Business, accessible via the Professional Plan, is the plan of choice for organizations of all sizes. It offers admininstrative functionality to administer email across an organization (including resetting user passwords), priority support, unlimited messages, and catch-all email.

By default, you will receive 5GB of email storage for each user. For example, if you have eight users, you will get 40GB of space that you can allocate as you wish across all eight inboxes (e.g. inbox 1 and 2 - 10GB, inbox 3-8 - 3GB). If you need more storage space, just contact our sales team.

Of course. Once you are logged into your account in a web browser, you can upgrade to a Professional Plan by clicking on Settings and then Dashboard in the menu bar on the left. This will bring you to our pricing menu.

Absolutely, you can migrate your existing emails over to ProtonMail. After purchasing a ProtonMail Professional account, you will first need to update your domain’s DNS settings in order to redirect your emails to our servers in Switzerland. Then, our expert in-house Customer Success team will assist you with setting up your inboxes and migrating your existing email data if necessary. If you would like to continue using your existing email provider while also using ProtonMail, please contact our sales team.
