These are some common error messages you might run into when failing to log in.
- Please upgrade your account to a paid plan
To access the Bridge application, you need to subscribe to ProtonMail Plus, Professional or Visionary plans.
If you are subscribed to the Free plan, you can upgrade to a paid plan by logging into the web app and going to Settings > Dashboard.
- Mailbox password not correct
If you have it installed on Linux, make sure you have either Gnome keyring or Pass apps installed on your device. It is required to log in to Bridge. We are working on supporting more password managers in the future.
