Missing starred folder

In ProtonMail, users can star important emails to more easily find them or to remember to come back to them later. These emails can be found in the Starred folder of the ProtonMail app.

The Bridge integrates the ProtonMail Starred folder with the corresponding folder in your desktop email client. Every client has a different way of handling starred emails.

In Thunderbird, you can view all starred emails by clicking the star at the top of the mailbox.

In Apple Mail and Outlook, where stars are interpreted as flags, your Starred folder is called Flagged Mail.

If you are not using one of our supported email clients, the client may not sync the Starred folder properly and you will not see your starred emails.
