Troubles installing the iOS application

If you are experiencing any issues trying to download the iOS application and your device is running on iOS 8 and up, please follow the steps below:

1) Turn off Private mode on Safari ( Learn how to perform that here )

2) Make sure that you have cookies and JavaScript enabled ( Learn how to perform that here )

3) Turn off your pop-up blocker ( Learn how to perform that here )

4) Disable the On demand feature/VPN ( Go to Settings — > General –> VPN )

5) Clear history on Safari ( Learn how to perform that here )
Note: If you used to use the previous application from Testflight, please delete it before you download the new application.
